Installation must be done at an authorized service center with online coding access, as some control units may be factory locked due to theft protection, preventing offline coding.

Please note the clock spring will need to be ‘coded’ to the car with VCDS, any competent mechanic will be able to do this. You will need to transfer across the coding from the old module to the new module.
