Description: 1 plug. Iridium coated spark plugs are designed to last just as long as platinum coated plugs, but at a lower cost. They also sometimes give a boost in performance. These plugs should be used on the 1.8T and 2.0T engines once they have reached Stage 2+ or higher, provided you have upgraded your coilpacks to the R8 coilpacks (see our other listings). These plugs require more power as the gap is larger and they are a higher resistance than the OEM plugs – but this leads to more power from your engine! Talk to your tuner about the best gap to use.
